Fallen Patriots Synopsis

A runaway slave joins the Union Army in hopes of reclaiming his long lost love from his former master. A devout Christian eagerly awaits his M.A.S.H assignment in 1944 France, determined to prove the humanity of his race. An unemployed new Yorker arrives hung-over on the shores of Vietnam, cursing the government that shipped him there. With a combination of music and multimedia, Fallen Patriots presents a panoramic view of the American war experience, connecting the struggles of our past and present.

Production History

Fallen Patriots was first presented as a GAP production at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. It went on to have limited engagements at the Access Theater and the NYC Fringe Festival. It was also on the artist roster for Quo Vadiumus Arts and Young Audiences New York.
