Media Madness Synopsis
Media Madness: A Sideshow is a satire, following the story of Gordon Phillips a rookie journalist who arrives in the outlandish, fictional city of New Hoodwink in the midst of political corruption, scandal, and pop culture that inevitably challenges his journalistic integrity.
Production History
Media Madness had its first reading at the Lark Play Development Center and workshop productions at the Stella Adler Studio (directed by Jason Summers) and Studio 42's Scattered Festival (directed by Demos Tsilikoudis). It had it's world premiere at the Kitchen Theatre in Ithaca, NY with media design by Jaki Levy, and directed by Margarett Perry as a part of the Counter Culture Series.
